The big announcement I've been hinting at for almost a month now is finally here, and I couldn't be more excited!
So... what's this big announcement, you may be wondering? Well, wonder no more.
WE"RE ADDING A NEW TEAM MEMBER!!!
Introducing Devon (*read like a WWE announcer - which is kinda fitting because he also does audiobook narration), our newest second shooter and head of all things marketing (like seriously, he's a wiz at Pinterest and SEO)!
So, let's get to know Devon a little bit, why don't we.... interview style!
Caitlin: So Devon, tell us a little bit about yourself.
Devon: Well hi, I'm Devon, your boyfriend. I like whiskey and Jesus... oh, and huskies! I was born in Oregon (which by the way... if you get the chance to visit, you definitely should! It's GORGEOUS)!
Caitlin: Interesting! So, if you're from Oregon, how did you come to Virginia?
Devon: I've actually lived in six different states (Oregon, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, Arkansas... and then back to Virginia). Each move was for a different reason, which is a reallllly long story... but no, my dad was not in the military.
Caitlin: Okay, so you've already mentioned your love of whiskey, Jesus, and huskies. Do you have any hobbies that you enjoy doing?
Devon: I love reading (I'm actually an audiobook narrator as well), hiking, and watching football (the Ravens are my boiiiis)!
Caitlin: So, I know you've been working here for about a month before we made the big announcement. What has been your favorite part of your job thus far?
Devon: Seeing the increase in our Pinterest analytics is always reassuring... but I love when I'm with you at sessions and know which lens to hand you before you even ask! It's like I can read your mind or something.
Caitlin: I love that too, so convenient! Is there anything else we should know about you, or anything else you'd like to say?
Devon: Let's see... I guess just be ready for all of the new, exciting things that we're coming up with!
Caitlin: Oh, that's a good one! We definitely have some great things in the works! Well, this has been so much fun, Devon. Thank you for helping out on the blog today, and welcome (officially) to the team!
