I am over the moon excited to share these images from my best friends' junior voice recital!
I was even more thrilled to be able to attend at all.
Generally, I work on Fridays, but due to an unfortunate event in the community, my schedule got moved around, which allowed me to be there for a big moment in my best friends' lives!
I know I say this a lot, but I honestly couldn't be prouder of them!
All of their pieces, from arias to duets, were PHENOMENAL!!!! ... especially "Crudel! Perche Finora" from Le nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro)... which has been my favorite since I sat with them in practice rooms to rehearse.
They definitely didn't have any fun...

I told Jonathan that these pictures (especially the one in the middle) could go on the cover of his Michael Bublé inspired album.
I LOVE these pictures of Elise! They give me such a Beauty and the Beast vibe!
... Speaking of Beauty and the Beast... (P.S. Ashelyn portrayed Belle in her high school's production of Beauty and the Beast)
You can totally tell I was trained as a couple's photographer when I pose my friends (who aren't dating) in these poses...
After portraits, I photographed some of their brief rehearsal.
Let's not forget about pre-rehearsal warm-ups.
... and all of the sweet moments after the concert (like when the three got to see former voice teacher/EHC choir director/EHC music professor, Dr. Allyss Haecker... who came from Minnesota)! This was simply precious!
